Office Hours & Communications
My office hours are 10 am - 5 pm (PST) Tuesday - Friday. I am available by email at fitchwildercreative@gmail.com for any questions you may have. If you have issues with email communication I can also make myself available by text or phone (just ask and we can set that up). During business days, you can typically expect a response within 24 hours.
Scheduling and Location
I work with most clients on a regular weekly, bi weekly, or monthly basis. If you would like to schedule a one-off session my scheduling link is here. Meetings outside of my scheduled times are available upon request, so please let me know what your availability is and I’ll be happy to work with it.
VIRTUAL SESSIONS: If we’re doing virtual sessions you will receive a calendar event invitation with your regular Zoom link. This is your private link for all our sessions. You can click the zoom link from the calendar invite to enter the meeting.
IN-PERSON SESSIONS: If you’ve opted for in-person sessions I will provide my address, detailed directions and parking information via email before your initial session.
RESCHEDULING: If you need to reschedule your session please do so with at least one week’s notice (see my full cancellation policy below). In the event of an emergency we will evaluate payment responsibility on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within one week of your appointment time you will be charged for the full fee of your session. If you are able to reschedule your session within the same week you will not be charged. Reschedules can be made within 24 hours of your session time. This will depend on my availability to reschedule, and if I am not able you will be liable for the full session cost.
Payment Policy
Payment is due in full prior to our session start time. If you have a package or are a weekly client you will be charged automatically on the same day each billing cycle. We accept payment via PayPal, Zelle or cash. My currently hourly rate is $150/session. I offer some sliding scale sessions (based on availability) and custom packages at different rates. I am always happy to have a conversation about what I can offer based on your financial circumstances.

FOR CONSULTING SESSIONS:
Project Overview
Compile a description of the project we’re working on (your business, art piece, social media campaign, etc) and how you will measure the success of this project once it is completed. Be as specific as possible. Don’t worry if your thoughts are unorganized, that’s why I’m here to help.
FOR TAROT SESSIONS:
Define Your Question
What do you want to know? Where in your life (or mind, or soul) would you like to gather insight, information, and clarity? What are you afraid, and possibly excited, to know?
