Thank you for choosing to work with me! I’m so excited to start our journey together, and have put together some important information below to make sure our project goes as smoothly as possible. Please take the time to review and let me know if you have any questions!

Office Hours & Communications

My office hours are 10 am - 5 pm (EST) Tuesday - Friday. I am available by email at fitchwildercreative@gmail.com for any questions All communication about the project will be sent through email and Asana. During business days, you can expect a response within 24 hours, but typically much sooner!

To schedule a meeting, you can find my scheduling link here. Meetings outside of my scheduled times are available upon request, so please let me know what your availability is and I’ll be happy to work with it!

Client Preparation

  1. Initial Coaching Agreement

Please read, complete, sign and return the Initial Coaching Agreement form at least 1 day before our first session. Link to the form is here: INITIAL COACHING AGREEMENT

  2. Scheduling and Location

VIRTUAL SESSIONS: If we’re doing virtual sessions you will receive a calendar event invitation with your regular Zoom link. This is your private link for all our sessions. You can click the zoom link from the calendar invite to enter the meeting.

IN-PERSON SESSIONS: If you’ve opted for in-person sessions I will provide my address, detailed directions and parking information via email before your initial session.

RESCHEDULING: If you need to reschedule your session please do so with at least one week’s notice. In the event of an emergency we will evaluate payment responsibility on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

Ex: For Custom Design packages and VIP Days with design updates:

  1. Try and use bullet points to break up your feedback

  2. Use headers to organize your feedback into sections

  3. Read over your feedback to make sure it’s clear + that you’ve answered any questions I may have asked

  4. If you feel any feedback would be better explained in video, don’t hesitate to add a screen recording to your feedback in Asana or email.

  5. Post your feedback as a comment on Asana instead of emailing me directly, back and forth emails can get confusing but Asana makes it super easy!

  6. If you have team members that would like to provide their feedback, I kindly ask that you gather the feedback into one message. This stops everyone from getting confused and keeps the project organized!

Deadlines

Ex: In order to stay on track with our project, please try your best to meet all deadlines for client homework and/or revision rounds. This helps make sure you don’t miss any opportunities by not having your website live for any longer than necessary. It also helps me keep my commitments to clients I have booked after your project :)
