I offer virtual sessions globally via zoom. I also offer in-person sessions in Oakland, CA. My time zone is Pacific Standard Time.

Coaching sessions - We pick a topic, identify your ideal outcome for the session, and get to work. We use a variety of methods and tools, but the essence of every coaching session is a process of inquiry–asking questions and deepening our perspective.
Some sessions you’ll talk a lot as we work to understand your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and patterns. Other sessions we work with your body, or your various “parts,” to integrate the messages and symbols that are buried deeper.
Towards the end of the session we reflect on what we learned, and identify approachable action steps to integrate this learning into your life outside the session.
Consulting sessions - We use the tools of coaching to identify and implement the creative strategy, content, and vision that makes your project/business/profession SING!
Tarot readings - Are a peek into the mysterious unknown, a way to gain insight and direction from your magical guides. First-timers are welcome. -
An artist from birth, I grew up writing stories and performing in plays in my hometown of Berkeley, CA. I spent my twenties in NYC creating experimental performance art and curating queer group shows.
After studying theater at Cornish College of the Arts, and Video and Film at Pratt Institute, I completed my degree at CUNY Hunter College, graduating in 2019 with a BA in Fine Art and Gender and Sexuality Studies.
I followed my curiosity about the human condition all the way to Martha Beck's Wayfinder Life Coach Training Program. I graduated in December 2023, and received my ACC (Associate Certified Coach) credential from the International Coaching Federation in May 2024.
I am trained in mind-body coaching, thought work, The Work of Byron Katie, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, conscious communication, dream analysis, and Parts Work.

My standard 60 minute coaching session is $150
Tarot readings start at 30 minutes for $50, or 60 minutes for $100
My standard 90 minute creative consulting session is $225
**We do offer some sliding scale sessions, based on availability. Don’t hesitate to reach out ♡
We accept payment via PayPal, Zelle or cash. Payment is due in full prior to our session start time. If you have a package or are a weekly client you will be charged automatically the same day of your appointment. -
It is important for the integrity of our work that you come to all scheduled sessions. Since your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, my cancellation policy is one week. In other words, if you cancel within one week of your appointment time you will be charged for the full fee for your session. If you are able to reschedule a session within the same week you will not be charged. Reschedules can be made within 24 hours of your session time. This will depend on my availability to reschedule with you, and if I am not able you will be liable for the cost.
